Qi Gong is an “easy-to-remember” exercise without need of equipment other than a chair ... It is a healthy compromise between Tai Chi & Yoga ... Qi Gong is perfect for all ages & all physical abilities.
Movements are based on the Yang Style Tai Chi System with variations to accommodate seated positions ... We will also practice Aloha/Chi Bubble Qi Gong, Chakra Qi Gong & Kalana Hula, Single/Double Push Hands & other breathing/energy exercises.
For TEACHER CERTIFICATION, all 4 classes must be attended ... For non-teacher participants, you may attend any/all of the 3 classes for personal wellness.
